All requests for an official transcript for students on the Statesboro, Armstrong and Liberty campuses will be submitted via Student WINGS or by using the information listed below:
糖心Vlog has retained Parchment to accept electronic and paper transcript orders over the Internet.
There will be a charge for any orders placed via the website below. Electronic transcripts are $10.00 per order. Paper transcripts are $10.00 per order. Rush delivery of paper transcripts will be an additional charge above the initial $10 order price.
Request an Official Transcript
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to check on the status of their degree before placing official transcript requests. Awarding degrees is an evaluative process that may take several weeks following the end of the term due to the volume of graduates. Graduates can check whether their degree has been awarded via DegreeWorks or their WINGS unofficial transcript. If the degree has not yet been conferred, the student is advised to select the option “Hold for degrees” for the appropriate term when placing their order.

Request an Unofficial Transcript
Students who have access to MyGeorgiaSouthern Portal
Students who still have access to their MyGeorgiaSouthern Portal will be able to request an Unofficial Transcript by following the steps below:
- Log in to their .
- Go to their WINGS channel
- Click on Student Information
- Click on View Unofficial Academic Transcript
- From there, the student will need to select both the Transcript Level and the Transcript Type before the transcript will display. Once selected, the transcript will display, and the student will be able to print the page.
Students who no longer have access to MyGeorgiaSouthern Portal
Students in this population are those who have not been enrolled in classes at Georgia Southern in at least 3 calendar years.
Students who do not have access to their MyGeorgiaSouthern Portal will not be able to request an Unofficial Transcript. They will need to request an Official Transcript by following the steps above on this page.
