- How do I know when I will be able to register?
- You will need to check your registration time ticket to see when it opens. You can find this in your WINGS by going through your Student Information icon, Student Profile, and reviewing your Registration Notices in the right-hand corner. However, you will have to select the term above your picture to view the time ticket for each semester.
- When can I view my grade change from my instructor?
- Grade changes can be viewed on your Unofficial Academic Transcript on your Student Information landing page in WINGS approximately 2 days after the Registrar’s Office receives the change.
- When will an incomplete grade, “I”, be changed to a grade of “F”?
- If the “I” grade is not satisfactorily removed by the end of the third term (one calendar year) following the term in which it was recorded, it will be changed to a grade of “F”.
- How do I know if my academic standing changed?
- You will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office if a change has occurred. However, you may also see the change on your Unofficial Academic Transcript or your Registration Status.
- Which GPA on my Academic Transcript is used to determine my academic standing?
- The total institutional GPA is used to determine your academic standing at Georgia Southern. See Academic Standing Explanations.
- How do I print my schedule, grades, transcript, fee assessment, etc?
- Use the print option on your browser. Printing in landscape will provide better results.
- I have forgotten my Registration Access Number – what do I do?
- If you are a degree-seeking undergraduate student, you will need to contact your advisor to get your Registration Access Number again. Otherwise, your RAN will be viewable in your MyGS Portal under the Registration Information channel in Lookup RAN once it has been used to register for classes.
