The Academic Success Center at Georgia Southern wants to support your ability to take control over your academics! To support this, we鈥檝e built a GPA calculator that you can use to help you see how your current classes can change your GPA based on different grade outcomes. To reset the calculator, simply refresh the page!
In order to use the calculator, you will need to enter your current total of quality points and GPA hours. To establish your current totals, enter them into their respective fields under 鈥淓xisting GPA Numbers鈥� and then press 鈥淓stablish Existing Metrics.鈥� Once you have done this, you will then need to enter the hours and expected grade for each of the classes you are taking or plan to take soon. After entering the hours and grade for a class, press the 鈥淎dd Course鈥� button to add it to your projected classwork. Once you have entered all the classwork you would like to examine, press the 鈥淐alculate GPA鈥� button to see where your upcoming coursework may take your GPA!
To identify your current GPA hours and quality points, please view your Unofficial Transcript in WINGS. You can find your Unofficial Transcript by navigating from your MyGS portal to WINGS to Student Information and 鈥淰iew Unofficial Academic Transcript.鈥�
